Good: Vellum intact and good condition. heavy staining inside boards. Light shelf wear. Good condition overall. spine rubbed. slight foxing. frontispiece excellent condition. Sharp corners. Some torn pages. Personalized w/ Name FFEP. some pages are so brown on edges almost looks burned but only a few like that and those that are are very delicate and crumble, front and back end pages stained, vellum is earmarked, boards are in excellent condition with very little wear personalizatio. Good.
