Accepted If you would like to contact us directly instead of ordering through our secure website, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Paypal, Cash, Money Order (US only), Cashier's Check (US only), Personal Check (US only).Orders paid by cash, personal check, or money order will be held for 10 days awaiting payment. Books will ship upon receipt of payment, except for those paid by personal check, which which be held for ten days until the check clears. Refunds We will review all reasonable refund requests. Normally, the only refunds granted will be if the book you received is not the one you ordered. Refunds will NOT be issued for books damaged during shipping. We carefully package each shipment to ensure your books arrive in the same shape they left us. We will not refund shipping costs unless we send you the wrong book. Shipping Books ship within two business days of processing your order. Shipping rates are: U.S. Media Mail - $3.50 for the first book, $1.75 for each additional book. Priority - $5.50 for the first book, $2.75 for each additional book. International Orders: First Class International (CANADA) $9.00 first book, $4.50 each additional. First Class International (EXCEPT CANADA) $12.00 first book, $5.00 each additional Priority Mail International - $13.00 first book, $7.25 each additional. Occasionally books are heavier than the 2.2 lb. average. We reserve the right to charge extra to ship heavy items. We will notify you and get your approval before charging anything extra. Tax Michigan customers will be charged 6% sales tax. |
